What does it mean to be on our Waitlist? We believe your pup will be a great fit for daycare, but we are at our capacity limit at the time requested. We make every effort to accommodate as many clients as we can. We suggest signing up for the waitlist, as sometimes people will cancel early from daycare making room for those on the waitlist.
Please note that if you are taken off the waitlist within 12 hours prior to your requested daycare reservation and you need to cancel you will NOT be charged for the daycare day as you had less than 12 hours to prepare.
Please just let us know and we will be happy to cancel your reservation for you!
-
We close at 7pm on WEEKDAYS, and 6pm on SATURDAYS.
Please plan ahead and always ensure you are here by closing time latest to pick up your pet. We are not here after our closing hours. To ensure that our hours are respected we have a $1/minute late pick-up fee that comes into effect as soon as we close that day.

Depending on the severity of the matting, de-matting might not be the best option for your dog. We always ensure that your dog is safe and comfortable during their grooming, and excessive de-matting causes stress and pain. Additional fees for de-matting are charged at a rate of $15 per 20 minutes and will be added to the base grooming fee if de-matting is possible.
If your pet’s coat is severely matted, shaving down your pet may be the most humane course of action, as severe matting can cause dermatitis, skin irritation and other possible issues.

Dogs may act differently after being shaved; they may be itchy, scratch themselves raw, and lick themselves more than usual. This is very common. Matts often cut off circulation to the skin; once the matt is released, the blood rushes back to the skin, which can cause a lot of irritation under the skin.
Note that shaving does not cause these injuries to your matted dog, but rather the injuries are already present before the groom, and the groom allows you to see those injuries that have already occurred.
Please keep an eye on your dog for the next few days and do not allow them to lick or scratch as much as possible to prevent any possible issues. -
Unfortunately, pet parents are unable to be in the grooming room during the groom and spa day, this is due to the fact that we work with sharp tools and live animals. Often pets will be so fixated on trying to get to their owner that it can be quite dangerous.
We ask you to drop off your pet but rest assured they’re in good hands. We’ll keep you updated and let you know when they're ready to go home.
-
We’d be happy to provide an accurate pricing range for your pet. Please select the service you are interested in and then contact us via email or phone so we can estimate your pet!
All prices depend on your pet, size, temperament, and coat condition.

We strongly recommend pre-booking daycare days to ensure that we save their spot!

We recommend that your dog comes with a leash and a collar. They will be playing leash-free, but this helps us bring your dog to you at the time of pick-up.
Nothing else is mandatory to bring, but you are more than welcome to bring food and treats if you would like them to eat during their stay with us. We have toys and bowls here, so no need to bring those! -
We have 2 feeding rooms located outside of the large daycare room. All dogs are fed separately.
-
We only give food and treats given by owners as each dog is different, and some dogs have dietary restrictions and allergies.
If you would like your dog to eat during their stay with us, please provide your dog’s preportioned food and tell us when you would like us to feed it so we can stay on your pup’s regular feeding schedule and we’d be happy to do so! -
You are more than welcome to drop off and pick up your dog anytime within our open hours!
There is no specific time they need to be dropped off by as we go based on the amount of time they are in our care. If you will be dropping your dog off for daycare after 12 pm, we would appreciate a courtesy call to know that we are still to expect them.
